4. Magic Lock Cash (Loyalty & Cashback Program)

Magic Lock Cash rewards existing users with incentives:

• Earn 5% cashback of the total invoice value (excluding shipping charges) on every successful order.
• Redeemable to avail an additional 10% discount on your next order.
• Wallet usage is capped at 10% of the invoice value per transaction, even if the total wallet balance is higher.
• Unused wallet balance expires within 6 months from the date of credit.
• In case of cancellation of an order where Magic Lock Cash was redeemed, only the cash amount paid by the customer is refunded to the source account; loyalty cash is non-refundable.

5. Pricing, Orders & Payments

All products listed on the Website are sold at Maximum Retail Price (MRP) inclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

Magic Lock reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or system discrepancies. In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.

Online payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners. We do not store any credit/debit card or CVV details on our servers.
